The Trump administration's Department of Education (DOE) is launching a coordinated crackdown on school districts it says are violating federal parental rights laws.

Multiple investigations have been announced targeting districts across the country for allegedly pushing inappropriate material and activities on students without parental knowledge or consent. Unlike under the previous administration, districts found in violation could now be stripped of federal funding.
