Joe here. We got a 1-star review yesterday. I am not going to hide it.
"Didn't work. Placed two pouches in my garage. Still saw a mouse."
Fair. But here is what happened.
Two pouches in a two-car garage is like locking one window and leaving the front door open. The mice just walk around it. A garage needs 4-6 pouches to create a full barrier.
That is not the product failing. That is a coverage gap. And I take responsibility for not making it clearer.
When people use enough pouches, this is what happens:

⭐ "Haven't seen a mouse since." — Avril S.
⭐ "Exterminator quoted $6,200. Vamoose cost under $100."
That is 20,000+ families vs one coverage mistake.
I reached out to that customer personally. Sent extra pouches with a placement guide. I hope we turn that 1 star into 5.
