Recently, it feels like there's been a lot of buzz about what's back.
The return of farmers' markets, downtown event series and long-running festivals — like the Marquette Waterfront Festival and the Juneteenth celebration in Penn Park, which will both mark 36 years this month — always draw lots of local attention. (And rightfully so.)
It's a good feeling to be surrounded by both beloved traditions and exciting beginnings.

In addition to the start of this new program, this weekend also marks the return of Cars on State, one of Madison's favorite summer traditions. This free classic car show brings an array of vintage cars to six blocks of State Street from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
